| WISYNCO'S Production Processes Include |
- BLOW MOLDING: A process whereby preforms are reheated, conditioned to exact temperatures and strengthened using high pressure air to get precise thickness at required areas and to maximize oxygen migration as well as the strength and amount of material utilized (330, 475 & 600 ML Bottles).
- FILM EXTRUSION: A process whereby thin tubes are made by forcing material through an Annular dye. Air is then blown through the tube, forcing it to cool, before flattening and rolling into large spools (Garbage Bags, Tshirt Bags, Poly Bags, Mulch and Bunting).
- INJECTION MOLDING: A process whereby plastic is heated into a very liquid state and forced under extreme pressure into a mold cavity which closes. Quick cooling results in the plastic hardening and the plastic ejected when the mold opens (IC 64 Containers and Buffet forks).
- MATCH MOLDING: A process whereby foam sheets are extruded and expanded using hydrocarbons (Environmentally Safe) aged and then thermoforming by match molding to get final product (Foam Hinge lid boxes, Meat and Produce trays and Foam Plates).
- STEAM CHEST MOLDING: A process whereby polystyrene beads are pre-injected with pentane. Steam is then used to pre-expand beads. This flows into a mold and steam is used for further expansion and curing in the shape of the mold. Product is cooled and ejected (8OZ Foam Cups).
- THERMOFORMING: A process whereby changes in the physical properties are as a result of heat application, wherein the product is molded into it's desired shape (cups, plates etc).
